Use real-space visualization without harming people

You may not use AI Room Makeover to:

• Upload or use content that you do not have permission or a lawful right to use.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
• Expose private or sensitive information about another person without a lawful basis.
• Create deceptive impersonations or non-consensual intimate imagery.

You may not use the service to create or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving a minor.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content, or sexual content made without the subject's consent.
• Credible threats, instructions for violence, graphic gore, hate, harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse.
• Illegal activity, malware, fraud, or instructions intended to cause physical or financial harm.

Do not present a generated result as proof of a property's current condition, completed work, code compliance, safety, value, or product installation. You may not use the service to deceive a buyer, renter, insurer, lender, contractor, regulator, or other person about a real space.

You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
• Bypass safety systems, authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or abuse controls.
• Use automation in a way that degrades the service for other users.
• Misrepresent AI Room Makeover as your service or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

We may block a request, remove content, limit access, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably needed to enforce these rules, protect people or the service, or comply with law.

Report misuse or ask about an enforcement decision at support@airoommakeover.com. Include the relevant page, account, or content and enough detail for us to review it. Do not resend harmful content unless requested.
