Give us enough detail to review the right material

Users are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for photos, references, prompts, and other material they submit. AI results can also resemble existing material or results created for other users.

Copyright does not protect every idea, style, layout, or visual similarity. If you are unsure whether a use is authorized or legally permitted, consider speaking with a qualified professional before sending a notice.

Send a notice to support@airoommakeover.com:

• Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
• A description of the copyrighted work and, when available, a link or other evidence showing the original work.
• The exact AI Room Makeover page, image, account, or material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may ask for missing information, share the notice with the person who supplied the disputed material, restrict access to content, or take no action when the report does not identify an actionable issue. We may also act against repeat or serious infringement where appropriate.

If your material was restricted because of a copyright report and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, email support@airoommakeover.com. Identify the affected material, explain why it should be restored, and include your contact details and any statements required by applicable law. We may forward the counter-notice to the original reporter.

Do not email passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or private files unrelated to the claim. Do not resend illegal or highly sensitive content unless we specifically request a safe way to provide it.
