How your room and results are handled

• Room photos, optional reference images, and the change request you submit for generation.
• The generated image returned for your request.
• Account and session information when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Messages and attachments you choose to send to support.
• Technical, security, device, and basic usage information used to operate, protect, and understand the service.

When you select Generate, the room photo, optional reference images, and change request are sent through our server to the AI services needed to create the result. We use that content to provide the requested generation and to operate and protect the service.

We do not use your room photos, requests, or results to train our own AI models. AI service providers may retain request data for safety and abuse monitoring under their own terms and data controls.

The current generation flow does not save your room photo, reference images, prompt, or generated image as generation history in an AI Room Makeover application database. The database stores only the HMAC-protected visitor identifier, rolling-window start time, generation count, and record update time needed for the free allowance. The generated image response is marked not to be cached by shared or browser caches.

Your browser keeps selected files and the current result in temporary page memory. The result disappears when the page is reloaded or closed unless you download it. Your written change request is also stored in session storage so it can survive a reload in the same tab; the browser removes that session data when the tab session ends.

Account, security, provider, and support records may be retained as needed to provide the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Retention periods can vary by record and provider.

On the production website, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics, and Google Ads to measure advertising results and support personalized ads. Optional consent starts denied. Accept allows analytics, advertising measurement, and personalized ads. In Settings, you can allow or deny each purpose separately and save your choices. Advertising measurement permits advertising cookies and sharing advertising-related data with Google; personalized ads permits the use of data to tailor advertising to your interests.

We do not include your change request, file names, image URLs, credentials, identity fields, or raw errors in our named analytics events. A denied choice may still allow limited cookieless measurement supported by the providers. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer.

When you select Generate, Cloudflare Turnstile uses technical browser and network signals to check for automated abuse. After a successful check, our server creates an HMAC-protected identifier from the request's IP address and browser user agent, then stores that identifier with a rolling usage window and generation count to enforce the free usage limit. The allowance record does not store the raw IP address or user agent. We do not send your room photo, reference images, or change request to Turnstile.

Google and our authentication provider process the information needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. The current makeover generator does not require an account and does not create an account-owned generation history.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI generation, abuse prevention, analytics, and support. They process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and may do so in countries other than yours. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to delete an account. Send a request to support@airoommakeover.com. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information where law or legitimate security needs require it.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the product or its providers change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
